Sintering process
Preparation of cemented carbide tube by gel centrifugation vacuum sintering
Using tungsten carbide composite powder as raw material, WC Co cemented carbide tubular billet was prepared by the gel centrifugation process. Gel centrifugation was divided into three processes: exhaust, glue discharge and pressure solidification. During the molding process, pressure could accelerate the curing of the gel system, and the solidified body solidified from outside to inside along the centrifugal radius. After de-moulding, WC Co cemented carbide tubes were prepared by vacuum sintering.
