Cemented carbide is the best material for producing cemented carbide ball teeth widely used in medium and high pressure down-the-hole hammer drilling industry.
Application
Main used for making mining tools, carbide button tips are pressed into pre-drilled holes in the cone of the bit to achieve better wear resistance and excellent cutting abilities for drill bits, like DTH Drilling Bits, Tricon Rock Roller Bits, Special bits required for rock drilling.
Our tips were done by HIP sintering, it provides an extra 30% on bending strength compared to the normal quality, which means our tips will be strong enough when meeting heavy impact. Also, it will have a longer tool life (better wear resistance) for you to use our tips.
